Yes. You must email us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please include order number and reason for return.

Yes. You will receive a tracking number once your package has shipped.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please verify your address. We will ship to the address given. Once the post office marks packages as delivered, we are no longer responsible.
